Default check engine

i just changed my intake manifoldm EGR and TB. the damn check engine light wont go out. why is that? is there any type of trouble shooting i can do to fix it?

Did you get all the mounting bolts tight on EGR? What about the gasket? you could have a leak or it's pinching something or its blocked... Does it stay on even if the motor gets warm? try disconnecting your battery for a few then connecting it again...

nothing is pinched and all the bolts are tight. i tried unplugging the battery and it didnt work. any thing else i could try?

check all the electrical plugs for anything you had to unplug when you changed the stuff you changed to make sure they are connected properly and still sending an output signal back to the ECU.
