Default sluggish problem

i posted a while ago about my tranny ****ting out, well i spent the money and had it rebuilt, shift kit new clutch the works

problem i am having now is the car just does not pull, seems sluggish, revs out too much and just doesnt move

ive replaced the plug wires, plugs and cap

i dont know what else it can be
current mods are - underdrive pulleys, fenderwell intake with a K&N filter, cat back, h-pipe with no cats

what is making my car so sluggish

also, is there a homemade way to hook up my car to my laptop and a program that will allow me to change settings or at least SEE them

Does it not engage the next gear fast enough when its cold?? If it doesnt shift damn near identical when cold to when its warm, Id take my car right back to the shop and have them fix it right. I worked at a trans shop (not long), we had a taurus come in it had a A4LD (I think) in it, anyway the car had shifting problems when it came in. So they yanked the trans rebuilt it basically, put in a new torque convertor and reinstalled it. Well that didnt fix the problem, they actually had to send it to another shop to have a real tech figure it out. It turned out one of the shift solenoids was bad. Bottom line the customer paid over $1k to have the trans rebuilt when it didnt even need it, when in actuality all it needed was a $179 dollar part.

the tranny was sent out to a different shop to be rebuilt, and when the car runs cold it seems like it just doesnt want to shift, but once it warms up the car runs fine

besides that once the car warms up it is still ******* a bit
