Ok guys i did some searching but i couldnt find a step by step to do a 3g alternator upgrade. Can anyone give me a step by step on doing this? like qhich wires to splice and connect?? thanks.

Please use the link feature

thats a 140amp alternator that is in a 2g case so you wouldnt have to modify jack, just some new wire u have to run, you wouldnt have to dremmel the bracket n all, + its cheaper.

I would call before buying that 140amp 2g alt. One of the downsides of the 2g alt is that it reaches max charge @4k RPMs, while the 3g reaches max at 3 and holds around 80amps (more than the stock @max) at idle.
