Sheered Sway Bar End Link

'92 5.0 LX converted to GT...I've had an intermitent clunking noise coming from the right front for about 3 days now. It seemed to only be happening during turns and rough streets in town. I was underneath the car today finishing off my fog lights and I was looking around and saw that the end link on the sway bar had sheered perfectly in half right under the bottom of the top urethane bushing--CLEAN snap. Anyone else experienced this?

BTW, stock front sway bar and hardware, but now that it broke I'll definitely be switching both sides out to a beefier end link. (sorry no pics...I already pulled it off the car).

alot of people take the front sway bar off... why, i have no clue.... theres nothing like not being able to turn.

replace it with some energy suspension poly bushings, it comes with a larger diameter shaft, and will make quite a difference
