Default Might Trade for a 302, worth it? please help

k, My friend wants my old explorer, not much. he has a 1989mustang gt that has been sitting since at least 95 so it is pretty bad, the windows were left down for some reason. It only has 50k on the engine since rebuild. its a 5 speed, no clue about rust underneath but there was a little bit on the rear hatch, he will also throw in stock heads from another mustang, all cleaned up. i bought the explorer for 600 and i like it, so would it be worth it? thanks

Check it out and see how bad the rust is.... do you plan on replacing the motor?

id say it depends on what your going for, if you just want a car to drive right now i'd say keep the explorer. If you want a car to work on fix up i'd say take the stang.

Me and you have something in common then. I dont like cars with rust either, because in my experience...the outside surface rust is only the begining.
