Default Trouble code

I scanned my car today and it came up with trouble code 63- TPS Voltage too low or grounded.

What exactly does that mean?

It shows up with both the KOEO and KOER tests.

TPS Adjustment

Check out this link. It can be used to check if the TPS voltage is out of range. If you cannot get proper voltage try and check voltage going into the TPS. If that voltage is ok (I believe it's a 5 volt source) then I would suspect your TPS is bad.
