i was reading some of that and it say that i could get away with my stock hood and if i can i need i just got the car painted like 3 months ago and i dont have the money to buy another hood and have it painted, and it says that my 302 headers will work i already have aftermarket, and ill build the motor from sratch so the motor stuff dont matter, but what is a 351 bored out to with .020 .030 and .040 over just to give me an idea i didnt know for sure, and what bolt is a 351 crank and an oil pan was an easy one i knew i need 1 of those and since the block is taller the distributer was a gimme and what all brackets will i need

302 headers will not work.

If you want to make the 351w fit under the stock hood it will take some effort in planning. I had to shave the upper intake by .700" to get it to clear, but it just BARELY clears. This much trimming leaves barely any clearance between the TB cable/linkage and the passenger valve cover. However, the TW heads I am using have an extra .300" of height added to the mounting surface of the valve cover flange (this is to help with clearance when using aftermarket rockers).
There are a lot of variables, and I think I hit them all pretty good in the writeup.
Lower engine mounts will do the trick with most all intake combos that I know of, but you will be restriced on what oil pans you can use.

Here is how I cleared the stock hood.
Energy motor mounts (supposedly the same design and height as a vert mount. I tried 3/4" solid drop mounts, but that didn't clear the Canton 7qt pan)
Lightning Lower intake
Comp Cams Box upper intake (shaved down ~ .700")

The stock hood liner now has a small hole worn in it from TB/VC hose outlet, on the TB.

I think the Ford part numbers for the p/s and/or a/c are in the writeup, but I don't remember them off the top of my head.

I think the .030 over bore is a 357? Not sure though.
