i have a 95 with a3.8 and want swap in 5.0 can any one tell me what year model will fit and what will have to be changed and is the horse power the same in all 5.0 engines i have a motor from a late 80,s early 90,s L.T.D

I your car is a v6 the K member will have to be changed

 

you dont really feel too much of a difference hp wise but the 87-93 fox is said to have about 20 more horse than the 86 and earlier. IO would deff go with a injected motor unless your gonna make it a track car

 

I converted mine, you don't need to change k-member

 

does the computer need to be changed
