Default engine codes

To try to figure out why I have such terrible engine mileage and lack of power i decided to run the codes. If I did this correctly with the KOEO I got 65 and 4 and KOER I got 63 and 2. Can anyone tell me what these codes mean?
Thanks

Default RE: engine codes

well realizing my own stupidity I figured i did the test wrong and now got my proper codes 32 - EVP voltage below closed limit and 33 - EGR valve opening not detected. Will these affect my performance substancially and give poor gas mileage. I can check out the egr tomorrow when there is light out but is there anything I should look for or just replace parts instead?
