Default Wideband

Just wondering if we need that for our foxbodys, i see guys tuning there cars with o2 sensors and wideband. how do those things work?

They read the a/f content. Pretty expensive. Not really a need for it unless you have alot of mods.

I agree with pro, I have a wideband but i have a turbo car. You really dont need one unless you just want one and they cost about 400. DONT get just a a/f gauge what a waste of money. They are too slow.

a wideband isnt much help unless you have a way to tune the car.....and i dont mean by adjusting fuel pressure and/or base timing. i mean some type of engine management system

i have one for my truck but it is also tied into my laptop for my tuning software. as for my mustang i would never use one on the notch. no reason to
