This is my opinion, so others will see differently, but:
If you want easier, go w/ unequal shorties. Good hp gains, still have plug clearance, etc. If you want all the hp you can get out of an exhaust upgrade, go long tubes. They will be more problematic if you have to pull your tranny, engine, etc. Equal length shorties are not worth the hassle. You'll hate changing plugs, the gains aren't much more than unequal shorties, and for the hassle, you may as well get longtubes.

Yes there is gonig to be a difference.... the peak numbers may not be too far away from each other, but when you look at it across the entire rpm rang, you'll see typically the long tubes do alot better overall (which is what matters)
Long tubes will cost you a little back-pressure on an engine that's not very built...If you're mostly stock unequal shorties will be just fine. Longtubes sound a little better, also. Remember they're also illegal in some states.
