Default Instead of an engine swap, how about...

i try this instead. I love Ford's 302 and i love the 281s just slightly less. But i love the body of the "new edges". so for those wondering, my question is this:

is it possible to just bolt on the body panels of a new edge onto my sn95 (95 gt) without problems? I know they're both built on the same platform (sn95) so im kinda wondering.

not sure if ill do it or not, crazy idea but just an idea. thanks in advance for not making too much fun of me.

That'd be kind of a neat but costly project.

It would probably be cheaper to just go buy a new edge, besides the SN95s look way better...to me anyways

They make a kit for the 05-07's front clip to swaponto the front clip of the New Edge's... looks really good! I don't think the body lines would match up, despite the platforms being the same...idk

I think you'd have better luck putting a 5.0 in a new edge stang. I cant imagine the body panels lining up, there's just no way. I personally like the new edge style when they're done up right, they look muscular as hell compared to the 94-98s.
