These will work for half that price with lots more to offer you.Check them out i'll sell them cheap.
This is a set of valves, and springs that came out of a 1989 Small block ford. The E7TE cylinder heads were rebuilt a few years ago, so the valves and springs are like new, very low miles. This comes with, 8 intake valves, 8 exhaust valves, 8 intake valve springs, 8 exhaust valve springs, and 16 valve spring retainers and keepers. I also have thrown in 16 stem seals, that are new still in original bag.FREE SHIPPING!! $40 let me know..........

OMG are Fning kidding??? There is no way he can use a set of stock springs off a set of E7's with that cam, hell they are not even really good enough for a stock cam. He would have valve float at 4000 rpm. Please don't try and pawn off your crap like this, he could very well hurt the motor if he followed your advice.

I thinbk that without and intake and heads your not going to see much performance gains. Heads are the big restriction on these engines. I am not saying you won't gain power, you will, just not much. Your looking at a cam that makes power in the 5-6000 rpm range, and heads and an intake that stops flowing at 4800-5000. The key as always is to have a matched combo.

It really depends on your budget. On the cheap a set of GT40's with a top notch valave job and a Cobra (or Explorer) intake is a good choice. If you have some coin to spend then the Trick Flow top end kits are great and the Edelbrock stuff is good as well. What are your goals and how much do you have to spend?

You will likely have piston to valve clearance issues w/ the stock bottom end. There's a lot of other mods you should probably look to for getting the most out of your current setup. Like was mentioned above, that cam will not do you much good if you don't have some higher flowing heads and a better intake.

You'll want a better mid pipe to go w/ your flows and headers. You'll need a larger MAF. You won't need a TB that big until you've done the head swap.

I have done a LOT of research before buying parts and have still made plenty of mistakes during my build. Try to find out as much as possible before throwing money at parts and it will payoff in the end. Online articles are priceless and remember that you can't always trust what people post on forums...not this one in particular. You'll learn who knows their stuff as you post.....
