+1 on BBK's. There are MANY MANY MANY MANY MANY people running them on here and most have no problems with them and highly recommend them.

BBK or FRPP. Summit sells some now that look to be good quality and the ceramic set is only 229 or so.....

MAC has pretty cheap headers too. I got my P headers on ebay for 180 brandnew, jethot coated.

My unequal length MAC headers are pretty nice ($160) and they've got some kind of coating on them, they haven't rusted and I've had them for 2 years.
