BBK or FRPP. Summit sells some now that look to be good quality and the ceramic set is only 229 or so.....

MAC has pretty cheap headers too. I got my P headers on ebay for 180 brandnew, jethot coated.

My unequal length MAC headers are pretty nice ($160) and they've got some kind of coating on them, they haven't rusted and I've had them for 2 years.
