Head Gaskets...
As many of you know. My plans this winter are to finish up my suspension and do all supporting mods so by the end of winter I can be getting my blower. I was just going to go the manifold, tb, exhaust, fuel, etc... no heads. Now Im thinking, I am going to be running approx 10psi on my motor with the stock heads. How do you think the head gaskets will hold up? I REALLY dont want to put a blower on and wreck the head gaskets in the first month. But if I have to change them I mind as well just do the heads before the blower than... or is there an easier way to replace them without taking off allt he accessories? I would like help from people with EXPERIENCE with blowers. Will they hold up?

LMAO.... please I dont want to hear your side. We already know what happened to you!
Seriously though, I forgot you blew your head gaskets... [:@] Do you think it was just bad luck or its a gauranteed?
Also, I have like 88K on the clock.

Lets put it this way. With the Procharger you're supposed to change the oil in the headunit after the first 500 mile break in period. I never reached that 500 mile mark on the stock head gasket, LoL. And I wasn't spraying when it went. I figured it would happen, just no so fast. Then again, you have an additional 10 pounds of pressure on 11 year old gaskets that aren't designed for any boost at all.
Gonna replace them with some nice gaskets that can take the pressure. I may even get some o-rings in a new set of heads.

Is there any "easy" way of changing head gaskets? For ex: is there anyway to change them without having to take all the accessories off, etc.? Because if so I will just change them when I do my manifold, tb, valve covers, etc which should be in the next few weeks.
I'm not really sure if there's an "easy" way for the older models. See, I have the SN95 so there is no "easy" way to do anything in that damn cramped up engine bay, LoL. I guess it depends on hom much room you have to work. However, if you're already at the point where you're down to teh valve covers, that would be a good time to do it. If you already have the manifold off and you have easy access to teh valve covers, you should be able to quickly get to the heads.
here's my problem:

As you can see, there's not much I can do "easily" in there. Even changing the freaking fuel injectors takes an eternity. So for me to get to the heads, I have to take off nearly everything, including the S/C.
