So I get home last night and pop the hood and the TPS on there looks brand new. So I changed it anyway. After I changed it I sprayed the sh*t out of the TB. Car ran good then started to buck a little then was ok no where near as bad as before though, car idils like a charm by the way. It would buck every now and then but if i ride the clutch a little I can get passed it. Does this seem like just a carbon problem? Anyway i put the old TPS in and no different so I returned the new one this morning and got my 'ripped off' 50 bucks back. THX

You were lucky they took it back.....start by running a DIY KOEO/KOER self-test combo.......+ check the KISS items....plug wires touching the headers, plug boots burnt causing spark to arc some times, dizzy cap & rotor.........

Thanks I'll give that a whirl. Im having my computer checked for codes on tues. i hope i can pull some do to my car was a 4banger and is now a 5.0. I know he switched the computer correctly but i heard sometimes you can't pull codes on a swap. We'll see.

If the swap was done correctly, pulling codes shouldn't be a problem...if it is, either something was installed wrong or the ECM is bad.
