Depends on what its bored over by? .030" overbore would make it 306 cubes.

its gonna cost more than $160, your gonna need new pistons and rings to go along with it. Im not sure just how far you can go on that particular block, but usually its .060". And no, its not usually worth tearing down a motor just to bore it bigger, but if you gotta tear it down anyway - it may be a good investment, especially if you gotta have machine work done to it anyways.

You may want to check the bore size now and see what you've got. It should be 4.000 or just slightly over due to wear. Check all 8 bores while you are there. You'll need an inside micrometer (slow but sure) or a dial bore gauge set at 4.000.
Don't be surprised to see readings of size that are 4.003 or so in one part of the bore and 4.004 or even 4.005 in another. Not all bores are round and they aren't striaght either.
I think that .030 could probably be considered the max size that I'd try for with a regular production block.
If you do find something wrong with the block I'd not be too concered about it as FoMoCo only made about a bizillion of these things...

if you can get a bore job for 160 than go for it. As long as you get new pistons for the new bore size. I would go for it if its that cheap!
