anybody here keeping their 5.0 mustang stock? as far as motor wise?

i prolly will only because i want to be able to beat a LS1 on stock motor (from a dig)

in other words, i will be doing suspention... to start off with

i have heard of stock 5.0's with good suspention get into the 12's, i would love to be another name to add to that list.

i am.

im turning 160k soon and dont see the point in upgrading the current 302.

if i have the car by next summer.. and some cash to throw around i may tear into the motor.

yep, for now n e way. i want to do my suspension and maybe exhaust w. out nothing done to the motor and see what itll run.. i wont touch the motor, as in mod it for another year prob.

ok i meant to say, whos keeping their stock intake manifold? lol the spacer keeps your car cooler and i talked to a few ppl that put spacers and they say they feel a diff.
