ok no1 answers anyone in the 351W forum so who can try to tell me what a 408w bored and stroked from a 351W how much hp do t=you think it would make with stock heads and gt-40 intake upper and lowwer

dont bore it if at all possible, you pick up the cubes by stroking it.

ok im going to stroke it not bore but im not sure how much hp it will make i want to know and should i go with 12.1,10.5,9.6,9.1 compression thx most i want to kno is price and how much hp it will make

what are your plans for the motor? with forced induction 8.5:1 is ideal. with a nitrous motor you could go a little higher so its not a complete dog w/o the nitrous(maybe 9 or 9.5:1)

ok my plans are i want at least 400 to 450 hp outa the motor im planing on either 190cc or 210cc heads and a intake upper&lower to support the power and prob cold air i might go with 9.0 compression and i might force air it but most likely no nitours but with out the super charer just the other thing how much hp do u think im looking at and whats a 408stroker make for stock hp

i'd be surprised if it made more than 300hp with E7 heads

you just see my post? 475hp off a 351W w/ 185cc heads

what if i were to cut the heads for lagger valves and milled and ported and polish if it would make some good power i was thinking of running
-intake 2.02, -exhaust 1.60
-a good cam (any help on desision welcome)
-some good push rods (any help on desision welcome)
-crane cams valve springs (any help on desision welcome)
-crane cams retainers and keepers (any help on desision welcome)
