Default 2 questions

My first question is about spark plugs. I have seen alot of people are using the denso plugs in there 5.0's. Does anyone know what the right part # is? Second, I'm putting in some caster/camber plates and was wondering if I'm going to be reusing my strut bushing or are they replaced by the cc plates?
