Just a couple things to check... How is your rotor and distributor cap? How about the distributor itself? Also, if your Profile Ignition Pickup module / Hall effect sensor is bad you won't get a spark either.

the PIP is the Profile Ignition Pickup deal inside the distributor housing. to replace that, you've got to remove the distributor, and disassemble it --- its not fun.

I have a similar problem with my 94 GT 5 Spd. Is/can the PIP do a slow/intermitent fail? Ie: not start, turn off the key and retry and get a start. Have new cap/rotor/wires(frpp)/plugs and fuel filter (normal pm recently), tried 3 coils and 2 MAF's. Do have fuel press. at the fuel rail schrader valve - yup, it's messy but minimal.
Do you need any special tools to replace the PIP? Is it a NAPA or Ford only part?? Recommendations on it or replace the whole thing with a Mallory or ?? Had a Jacobs package with High Energy coil - it was a POS, back to stock for now. Only other mod. so far is the K & N and the tonneau covers. Have a cold air kit and 75mm throttle body (BBK), will the computer handle that or get it PO'd? There's a guy over on the 4.6 side with similar problems - is the PIP across the board or unique to the 5.0's?

Thanks for any help
