Default I need timing help

After reinstalling my 5.0, I'm having trouble timing the ignition timing. When running with the light, what degree should I see on the balancer marker? Right now its running at 30BTC at idle and it has a very slight studder. I'm not sure which way to adjust it. I have the distributor at optimal running at this degree.

gotta remove the spout connector to set base timing.

then the EEC will set total timing based on readings it gets form sensors.

set base at 12-14 and go from there, sometimes they take more sometimes not.
