Default 347 Stroker

I just bought a 347 stroker kit, as well as a package from Jay at Camshaft Innovations that includes Canfield Heads, Scorpion rocker arms, Comp Cams 851- 16 lifters, Comp Cams 7138 timing set, and a Camshaft Innovations custom hyd roller.

The parts of my currnent set up I plan to re-use, are the 73 MM C&L MAF, 70 MM TB/EGR, 30 lb. inj. 190 lph FP, AFPR, BBK 1 5/8 equal length headers, 3" custom mandrel bent exhuast with Borla mufflers, 355 gears, TF Street upper/lower intake, MSD 6 AL ignition and blaster coil, pulleys, fluidyne rad, and Black MAgic Xtreme electric fan.

I know I should probably up the inj. and 190 lph FP, but do you think that's absolutely essential?

Makes sense to me and he is awesome.

Any predictions on RWHP?

I also have a Vortech SC Trim that puts out 5 psi.

Im not 100% positive on the fuel situation so I wont comment on that but I would definetly consider going with a better flowing manifold. Anyway, did you discuss #'s with him? Did he estimate power output from that combination? if you have an IDEA of what kind of numbers you will be making there are alot of calculators out there where you can calculate injector size, dc, etc.

I have 30's now and I'm not looking to completely go crazy and Jay thought the TF street was a good flowing head and fine for my app.

It's mainly a street car, not a daily driver, with occasional runs at the track.

We didn't talk HP numbers.

Well, I would take Jays word over mine I would of just though that you would want to go with something a little better. Anyway, I would maybe call him back up and talk fuel setup's. You might want to look into a bigger injector.
