Im thinking of getting 2 of these mufflers, and running them on my mustang. It will only be driven at the track.

Does anybody know how these flow? Will these give me any extra power?

What are your mods? It's a 3" muffler. Most likely bigger than you'll need and you will sacrifice power.

Right Now:
5.0
Bored .60 over
Aftermarket cam
Holley 4 barrel

Coming before I race:
Equal length headers
Losing AC
Losing PS
Possible electric fan

The headers stop with a 3" outlet, so I was figuring a 3 inch pipe into these, then a 3 inch pipe into 45's in front of the tires

I dont really know...its got some nut. I have 2.5 on my 6 cyl jeep and the mustang puts out A LOT more power than that thing. Of course the jeep is one 2.5 muffler, and the stang would have 2 mufflers.
