Default upper/lower control arms?

what do these do in regardance to putting the power to the ground? how do they help with better traction? and would going with traction bars be a better investment?

The aftermarket control arms are a much better design. There much stronger and lighter in weight. You can get adj ones also more money. Then you can remove the Quad shocks after adding the new control arms.

The more power you make the more the stock control arms flex and the more the aftermarket control arms will improve your straight line & cornering abilities

I helps to control wheelhop. You can remove them once you replace your upper and lower control arms, if you do it before then your traction will suffer. I'd honestly suggest keeping them on unless your need clearance for larger tires.
