I'm hooking up the starter relay and was wondering where the smaller wire off the starter goes.

There's only 1 wire that goes to the starter from what I remember. And that's the cable from the solenoid.

Theres a big wire that goes to the starter relay and a smaller wire that also connects to the starter can't figure out where it goes. Maybe the previous owner put in a different year motor.

It goes to the starter or the relay. Can you tell where the small wire comes from? Does it look factory or something someone added? There is a small wire that goes to the relay that presses on. It comes from the gnition switch and triggers the realy for the starter.

The smaller wire is also connected to the starter. The igntion switch wire is red and blue that presses on to the relay. Maybe I can get a buddy with a digital camera to take a pic. I'm not good at explaining things.

It looks factory the smaller wire is in wire loom with the starter lead.

Hmmmm, it's been a while since I put a starter on my car. Maybe someone else will chime it.
