Default Door Locks

I just got done installing SLP LM2's on my car, and the next thing that I need to do is fix my door. When it is cold over night, and when it is time to go to school the key will not turn. I can easily get the key in it just wont turn in the morning. Can anyone give me advice on how to fix this, or if I have to get a new locking mechinism were can i find one. I am just sick and tired of getting up in the morning having to climb through the passenger side to get in.

So when the temp is warm is there a problem unlocking? Also, how do you like the 2's? Can you post a clip of them?

i had the same problem with my car.. i ended up just taking some pb blaster lubricant spray and spraying a little inside the lock. They have worked fine ever since. but if that doesnt work i would look into some new locks. they arent that hard to change.

No when it is warm they will open easily. Also the passenger door will always open no matter how cold. The LM2's sound great, i had the Flowmaster 40 Series on there before and i wanted a louder better sound, and with out a doubt got it. I will try to post sound clips, but how do i get them on here?

you can just go to your local auto parts store and get them pretty cheap.

You have to upload them to a video hosting site like photobucket or streetfire or somethin like it.

Does your car have power locks and do they work when the weather is cold. Sounds like the latch mechanism or the power lock actuator (if it has them) is all gummed up.

Cool yea i will try. Yea i have power locks, but the wierd thing is that when pressing unlock or lock on the driver side, only the passenger side works. On the passenger side when you hit unlock or lock nothing happens so im afraid that i might just have to get all new locks.
