possesed engine?

yea so im looking at this 1990 5.0 hatch and i test drove it everything was good until i would be sitting at a stop sighn or jsut sitting there with the clutch engaged and the engine would start reving on its own slowly dont kno what it is but its the only thing stopping me from buying the car the guy says it has somthing to do with the computer

what do u guys think?

iac valve passage needs cleaned out

could be a vaccum leak or a bad iac. haha i love it when people say that, its just the computer. Its never the computer hahaha they rarely fail

iac - idle air control valve. it adjusts the amount of air thats allowed to gone into your car at an idle so it doesnt die and so it stays at a steady idle .
