What should i do next to my engine. I got a 5.0 with shorty headers, trick flow steet intake, MAC 70 mm throttle body, h-pipe, underdrive pulley, cold air intake. Was wondering what i should put on next for more hp. I was thinking of putting the trick flow twisted wedge heads on, or should i start messing with the fuel. Looking to get the best of whatever i can get with about 1000 dollars.

I think i got stock gears right now. THe speedometer gear in the tranny is red if that helps. I got a shorty shifter. I'll probably go with 3.73s then since this will be driven on the street. And I don't have any cats on it right now. You think i should put some on? ITs got a h-pipe into single chamber flowmasters with turn down pipes.

if your looking for the most horsepower for the least amount..most of these guess can't help all the buy is new crap

is this like top secret info we cant read here
better gears will improve acceleration, but lose top end
but the gears are a good place to start
for a grand id go with a bigger throttle body (70 mil aint bad for street)
better cat back
maybe ram air,
supercharger (but thats two grand in itself)
