Okay got a couple questions. i bought a new fuel filter and pcv valve today but im having some troubles. It says to drain the pressure from the fuel system before removing the old fuel filter. How do you do that? Also, im having troubles getting to my pcv valve. Whats the best way to get to it? You dont have to take the hood off do you?

 

On the PCV valve just puch ur hand to the back of the Intake and go striaght down and you will fell a hose attached to the lower intake thats where it gonna be. Its real hard to see.Dontknow about the fuel for sure so i wont say anything.

 

Okay i thought was all there was to it. I just wanted to make sure i didnt have to remove the upper intake or anything like that. I will give it a try tomorrow morning. Anybody know what i need to do to install the fuel filter?

Well guys i just replaced my fuel filter. I didnt relieve any pressure, just jacked it up and switched it out. It wasnt too bad. A little leaked out that was in the lines and filter but it wasnt spraying or anything. And it turns out they gave me the wrong pcv valve so i gotta go get a different one. I hope theyre open...
