Default Problem

My car was running fine until lastnight when i put a new bp sensor on, as soon as i went to start it after i put the new one on my car wouldnt run for very long and black smoke was pouring out of the exhaust so i put the old one on and reset the computer and now it will turn over but it wont start. i also noticed that when I turn the key to the on position the fuel pump sounds like its priming like it should but it just wont shut off, it will stay on as long as the key is on. I was thinking it maybe a bad fuel pressure regulator because when i listen to the return line it sounds like all the fuel is going back through the return line it makes a hissing noise. Any ideas as to what would cause my car to run like this? its a 92 gt

well a 92 doesn't have a map sensor, its incorporated into the MAF, so if you replaced your MAF, it needs to be clocked, and calibrated to your injectors.
