Green, but the Prestone stuff they have now that is yelllowish clear is actually very good coolant and is compatible with anything. Prestone is the best stuff you can buy, I'd suggest you just use it.

Why on earth would someone outsource for a fluid that they are capable of producing? There is no sense in buying a product I could make myself. Factory coolant is really good stuff - Prestone is known for making good coolant as well. I think prestone is the best stuff you can buy, if you disagree just say so.You can't use the whole "why isn't everyone using it" argument either. The same reason they all don't use K&N filters, Titanium instead of steel, synthetic oil across the board, tubular frames and subframes, super high performance tires, xenon headlights, wide band oxygen sensors, 360 degree radar, et cetera. $$$, $$$, $$$ and money.

i'll agree with prestone is the most convenient becasue it can be mixed with anything... but with something as important as coolant a manufacture is going to use the best (anti freeze doesn't cost more depending on the type) so if the price is the same then then they would use it, and yes i know things always come doen to $$$$... but to go as far to say that it's the best is a little bit of a stretch, since all anti freeze contains the same things (lub, conditioner, anti corrosives etc.) i mean anti freeze is anti freeze... and if you wanna get technical dexcool(pink or orrange how ever you look at it) is supose to be the best because it's suppose to last longer (with ouy starting to deteriorate) but once again prestone is unarguable the most convenient
