Default Header ?

I was thinking about replacing my factory headers with a equal length set from summit and wondered if there would be any HP gains?

Another question I have is this, should I go with the 1 and 5/8 inch or 1 and 1/2 inch pipes.

I plan on getting the headers that bolt to the stock down tubes.

Thanks,
Tommy

you will deffinately get more horses from equal length headers, the factory headers are poorly designed and pinched they reduce flow a lot...you wont be getting a noticable difference but its deffinately worth the trouble of doing it

you should go ahead and do it, you might pick up 10 HP at WOT, and go with the 1-5/8" size to keep up the low end torque
