My guess would be to install a new cable, preferably adjustable.. I had a similar problem when i got a new clutch, i didnt install a new cable and after about a year later, it would be maad hard to shift into any gear after driving for about 30 min... I didn't know what it could've been, then i bought an adjustable cable w/firewall adjuster and installed it myself, wasn't hard and that fixed the prob and now i can easily adj my clutch from the firewall adjuster.
