Default Running issues please help!

Ok my car is a 1988 GT.I had put in 1 of the GT-40 crate engines in my car.It has the B cam in it.I also put in ALL new sensors that go on the motor from the IAC to the coolant temp sensor. I used the TFS Track Heat upper and lower, flow matched 24# injectors,70mm Edelbrock TB,converted it to MAF using the FRPP converison kitand used a 73mm C&L MAF. The only thing I have on my car that the belt turns is the water pump and alt. Ok now the problems I am having. I filled it up withantifreeze/distilled water. I tried my best to burp the system. I think I still have air in it and no matter what I do I can't get it out. The temp will be fine and then it will shoot up about 20=30 degrees and thenalmost instantly go back down to regular temp. I have the OEM 192* T-stat in it. Anyideas on this problem is much appreciated. Ok now my next problem. When sitting it idles great. Doesn't surgeor anything. When I get in it to drive and I push the clutch in it tries to die. When I go to take off I have to give it moregas then what I should have to to keep it running.Every now and then it will run ok and I can drive it normal but this is rare. Also when Iam coming to a stop and push the clutch in it dies almost every time. When it doesn't die it seems like the idle is hanging a little bit.My idle is set at 900-1000. I have a new IAC and new MAF. I tried clocking the MAF with no help. I have tried everything I can think of. ANY help is greatly appreciated. Thanksfor helping! If anyone needs any more info on the car let me know.

running issue, sound like you should check your timing and or any CEL light or for codes.

In all honestly your TPS may be seriously misadjusted, your dizzy could be off a tooth etc. fUEL PRESSURE NEEDS TO BE SET TO 45PSI

check wires and firing order etc, but dont expect a big mod to be friendly,
