Alright guys I'm trying to decide what to do next. I'm getting ready to do a little work to my 87 gt. I just put full exhaust on: bbk long tubes, h pipe, and 3 chamber flowmasters.I have subframes, gears, 31 spline setup, c clip eliminators on the way. Now I'm not sure what to do next. I'm not ready to swap over to mass air just yet. I have about $450 left to spend. I was thinking street heat manifold but I'm not sure if I'll notice anything with stock heads. Will I notice a difference if I got 1.7 rockers, tb, and egr spacer. Would that produce more power thenan intake manifold? This is about all I'll be doing for the rest of the winter so I want something I can feel in the seat of my pants when I floor the car.
Oh and I can't remember if you've got an AOD or not but if you do, save up 70-80 more dollars and get a stall from Edge, you'll feel that over any of the mods that you've done already.
Umm, hold on let me think about it................................. ummm......No! Actually I'll give you my money for your car. Sounds like a fair trade to me.
I think I'm going to get the 1.7's because a guy locally is selling them for $70. I guess I'll try finding a used intake, I don't mind using used stuff as long as its in good condition. You guys made that decision easier then I thought.
