Just got the wheels/tires put on today, but "yes" it will be driven on the street. I have another Mustang with 3.5x15's on the front and I drive it on the street on nice days.

That first black coupe was built by my friend Tyler. He goes by TATRO HI-PERORMANCE on the corral. Those pics are probably in the neighborhood of 3 years old now. Most of the pics were taken around the campus of Oklahoma University. The car was sold to a guy in the Tulsa, Ok area (about 2 hours away). EDIT: Ooops, I just talked to the guy that built it. It wasn't wrecked. That was a different car. He said it's now a supercharged 347 car in Broken Arrow, Ok last he heard.
