Well I'm finally back from up north and it's time to finish the H/C/I swap, though I probably won't get it done before I go back to school. Fortunately I'm only 2 hours away, so weekends it is. Anyway, where the heck do these gaskets go? I thought the left one might be the pump to plate gasket, but this is not so, and it doesn't fit anywhere else. The one on the right looks like the plate to timing cover gasket, but I already have that one and this one also doesn't fit anywhere. Where the heck are these supposed to go?

The one on the left is a water pump gasket, not sure about the right.

 

Yeah, they're supposed to be water pump gaskets, but I can't figure out where on the pump/plate/cover/block they go. Pump to plate gasket is spoken for, plate to cover is done, cover to block is done, I can't figure out what else there even needs to be...

Nevermind, I got it...called the Fel-pro tech line, apparently they've included gaskets for all possible 5.0's, so they don't fit my application. I should have guessed as much, better to be sure I suppose
