I been cruising my 85 around lately and been getting pulled over constantly for pretty much no reason. it seems like the chp are after me. i also have this officer aka (Rat Punk B****) that follows me every where i go when i drive and pulls me over for any reason he can get. my problem being if he gives me another ticket for some bull**** reason im going to lose my license seeing im only 16. So what you guys think, sell the stang? or risk losingmy license.

 

Follow all the traffic laws and he can't do anything.

 

if you can prove it, its called profiling. call a lawyer.

 

I do, he will pull me over just to look in my car and make sure im not doing anything illegal then let me go

 

Either sell the car, or talk to a lawyer and see if you can find a way to get a harassment lawsuit going for profiling!

I got pulled over a few days back on the local in town 4 lane road... The cop asked me if I knew why he stopped me. I replyed... "Because I'm a 23 year old male with a black high performance sports car, that was being passed on the right by a four door sedan which was exceeding the speed limit!"

I then looked at the officer and asked him if he'd like me to call my lawyer because I had a good chance of having his badge for harassment and profiling.

He took my license, when back to his cruise, 5 minutes later, came up, returned my license.. and let me go!

 

have a credible witness that has seen it as least 2 times agree to go to court with you

2 word of mouths are better than his 1. drive around intentionally with a friend for a few days and see what he does. bring your camera phone or digicam. your allowed to tape it. he can't say a word.
