Default good setup?

ok guys for my project i am deciding between building a engine or just buying a used one out of a junk yard or whatever. for my set up i was thinking about using a stock bottom end, GT-40 heads, trickflow track heat intake, and i am not sure about cam. i am on a budget thats why i would be going with the stock bottom end, and i have a good deal on the trickflow track heat intake ($200 brand new) and i can get GT-40 heads cheap and they flow better than stock E7s. the question for you guys is i want to get a cam that sounds badass, that has that lope in the idle. would this be a good set up to have one of those cams? what would i have to do to get a cam like that? what about supporting mods?sorry for these questions, i don't know much about cams if you can't tell and i need help. thanks guys,
