when its cold out and i havnt started my car for about 5 hours, theres a grinding noise after i start the car, it lasts a couple seconds. im thinkin its the starter but i dont know. if it is, whats a good brand to replace it with? and whats the high torque and all that for? thanks

 

lol... just hold the key forward till it stops grinding[:@].... and itll never do it again

 

hmmm that sounds good, lol. hope it works cause i dont wanna waste money on a starter.

 

its probably the solenoid sticking open... its probably time for a new starter
