Anybody have experience with powdercoating thier upper/lower intake, brackets, valve covers, etc. Or anything else... Who did you have powdercoat them, any recomendations, any suggestions... how much did you spend for what part? Thanks guys appreciate it!

haha boobies,,, hehe, i called about gettin my front accessory brackets powdercoated yesterday, they said anywhere from $5-$10 per bracket, sandblasting, pressure wash, powdercoat, and final spray included!!

keep in mind you will have to sand out the bolt holes with a small dremel sanding bit, alot of the bolts are exactly the size of the hole, powdercoat will stop them from sliding through.

yea, I figured that I'll have to bring them into work and have the holes all machinedfew ten thou bigger

you might have fitment problems with certain things if you machine the hole. i'd sand it.

trust me the machines we use will find center of center and extrapolate the fitment giving the coating thickness... they're accurate to 6 decimal places

buy the personal powder coater out of summit. i have one and it works pimpin for small time projects, i havent used it in a while but i've never had problems with it. you can makes lots of your stuff all nice looking again
