Default Conversion help

I have a 1999 ford ranger 2 wd with a four cylinder and im about to put a 302 in it does anyone have any suggestions on the setup i should go for on the cam heads and carb.etc because somebody told me to get the 308r comp cam but its got a 613 lift with 1.6 rockers and im going to put the 1.7 on the intake side and not sure if it will clear im open for suggestions if anybody has them

No. There are many different combinations that you could go with, choose your powerband, street use? (guessing it is) and your spending limit. As for what parts will fit and what wont, I will maybe check out a Ranger forum for that information.... you might not find too much help here.
