another damn cam question
The only one I'd feel confortable running would be the e303. But it would idle really high, surge, and run rich. Swap over to mass air then you won't have anything to worry about. If you want the sound of a cam you wouldn't get it on aspeed density car.Itwould idle so high you wouldn't even know you had one.

You don't need a TB...you need a mass air computer, Maf meter, wiring harness....you can get them all on ebay and junkyard parts...cost shouldn't exceed 200 at the most for used components. You worry to much about cams...you should be worrying about heads...THAT is where your power 'felt' is going to come from.

my friend is trying to get rid of his 89 block if i took that and the comp would it be that hard to install since all the wiring is there, all i would have to do is take out my comp right?
Not that easy..you need a maf conversion harness..you don't want to be swaping entire car harness. Look on ebay for harness wiring to convert and you'll find them pretty inexpensive. Check on corral for several how to and how to on a budget writups.
