Default Control arms...

Does anythin need to b removed to install the upper rear control arms or can u just take them off an put in the new ones? And is there any difference between the aluminum an steel besides weight?

pretty simple , why just the uppers? basically weight is the only diff. if you get the adjustable that would be even better.
