It sucks....I've had minor rust spots on the bottoms of the insides of my doors, noticed today that this spot has started to creep to the outside of the passenger door. It's not really noticeable; I noticed it when I was running my hands along the bottom outside of the door. Time to buy an angle grinder, wire wheel, some POR15 and white auto paint. Yay for projects!



Anybody have any suggestios on rust preventing primers, paints, etc...?

I wish that was all I had on my Mustang. Ive got holes in the lower 1/4's and I can put my fist thru the left side.

 

I've got it in other spots too but it's all surface. I'm going to buy an angle grinder and wire wheel this week.

Suggestions on anti-rust stuff, primer, correct color paint, etc...is appreciated...

Since it's rusting where the bead of sealer is missing, once I get rid of the rust should I replace the sealer with something? If so, what?
