Default idling rough

ok so its been really cold out lately..and then yesterday it got hot and my car started idling really rough and felt like it was going to die..
what would that be? is it just the engine recalibrating for the less dense air or something?

That's really tough to say, but to be honest we all know that older cars, expecially ones that get DRIVEN, don't like abrupt weather changes. I had this happen alot on my first foxbody. It was a stock high miler but in great condition. She was very temperamental due to weather changes.
