i'll agree with adder (go figure) illumina's ftw!

when i did mine i go MM SFC ($100), MM CC ($200), tokico illumina Shocks/Struts ($450), upr U/L control arms ($200), d&d coil overs ($200 i think) for the front and eibach lowering springs for the back (from old car), and upgraded front/rear eibach swap bars ($250)... not bad for about 1500 bucks

I think D&D's coil over is like $250. You can get the D&D kit (K member, a arms & front coil over kit) for like $500 bucks! Than get Strange 10 way shocks/struts, MM control arms, CC plates, etc. and you will be sitting pretty!

H&R's won't be too bad of a drop if you use poly spring isolators w/ them.

H&R sport or supersports=$220shipped [google p/n for best price]
Poly spring isolators=$50shipped [most anywhere]
Tokico HP's=$227 shipped [jdmwerks on ebay]
UPR U/L control arms=$193 shipped [art's performance parts, call Artie]
Laurel Mtn. XL subs=~$90 shipped

You will be totally fine without replacing the shocks for now if you are going to do it in the summer!
H&R race springs and bilstein struts and shocks FTW!!!!
