wow, thats pretty quick for stock motor, the track must be downhill and close to sea level
in the 1/8 I ran 7.6 @89mph, 1/4 11.98 @115mph with h/c/i and a 125 shot on a 308ci
save another $500 and get some heads

T-body, underdrives, cold air intake, lower control arms(will work great with the radials). You have air going out, now get it going in. After you get more saved up, intake, mass air, and injectors. The gt-40s will be good for a wile, heads should be on the bottom of the list, after you get everything else. But you need to make subframes a priority ASAP.

Man, that is a ridiculois 60' time for a more or less stock car. I cant even hit 2.0 with HCI and slicks, WTF??? If i were you id look into good intake manifolds, and MAF. Are your injectors stock? Are you running a dry or wet shot?

You definetly dont need heads. Well ported GT-40's outflow AFR's, so your fine there. Id look into the Trickflow Stage 1 cam. It works very well with GT-40's. Then id do control arms, subframe connectors, struts, shocks and springs. Get that power to the ground basicly.
