Default Rust Question??

I was considering buying a stang, it looks overall good ans sounds good, interior is great BUT: the guy said this to me....

HAS SOME RUST ISSUES; REAR QUARTERS OVER WHEEL WELLS FIXABLE WITHOUT CHANGING THEM. FRONT FENDERS WOULD NEED REPLACING. DECKLID HAS RUST HOLE UNDER SIDE ONLY SEE PICTURE. RUST ON REAR BUMPER BRACKET AND DRIVERS SIDE FLOOR PAN HAS BEEN REPAIRED LIKE MOST OTHER FOX BODY CARS THAT I'VE SEEN. ALL GROUND FAIRINGS AND BUMPER . 150K miles..

He wants 2,250, but i offered 1,900. Is it worth that??

Ok first of all the snow on the tires is not a good sign meaning its been in the snow alot making rust issues kinda up there. personally i dont think its worth it, i believe you could get a really nice rust free fox for 2grand. i wouldnt go anymore then your offer if you really want that stang.
